1.2. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the website signifies your acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1. You must have the consent of a legal guardian to make purchases from our website.

2.2. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including stock availability, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information.

3.2. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you place your order.

3.3. Payment must be made at the time of placing the order. We accept online payment only.

4. Products

4.1. Products are designed as handmade, artistic garments made specifically for Labubu dolls and are not intended for human use.

4.2. Purchasers use the products entirely at their own discretion. TinyStyleLab.com is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage or loss caused by the use or misuse of the products.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1. Your privacy is respected. All items are shipped in plain packaging with no indication of the contents.

5.2. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2–4 working days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

5.3. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected method.

5.4. Our inventory is distributed across global locations. All parcels include tracking.

5.5. If the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, and the package is returned to us, we will:

  • Redeliver the order to the correct address for a fixed fee of $20, or
  • Refund the order value minus a $20 delivery fee.

5.6. If the order is lost and not returned to us, no refund or redelivery will be issued. TinyStyleLab is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5.7. Standard shipping typically takes 5–12 working days, but may extend up to 30 days.

5.8. Express shipping typically takes 3–7 working days, and up to 10 days in remote areas. DHL remote zones are not eligible for express service.

5.9. Shipping delays due to customs or regional backlogs may occur. If you do not receive your item within 60 days, we will offer reimbursement.

6. Custom Taxes

6.1. No customs taxes apply for USA customers.

6.2. Canada and EU customers may be subject to customs taxes in rare cases. Contact us if additional documentation is required.

6.3. Customers in other regions are responsible for any applicable customs duties or fees.

7. Payment

7.1. Your card or bank statement will not reveal product details. All payments are securely processed, and we do not store your financial information.

7.2. If your credit card does not work with our standard processor, please try PayPal. You may use your credit card with PayPal even without creating an account.

8. Returns and Refunds

8.1. Due to the handmade and limited nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted. For order issues, please email us at customer@tinystylelab.com and we will do our best to assist.

8.2. Refunds are considered in the following cases:

  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item, with photo or video evidence.
  • The order is not received within 60 days.
  • The item is returned to us as undeliverable.
  • You request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order (80% refund only).

8.3. Refunds will not be issued if:

  • A cancellation is requested after 12 hours.
  • The issue relates to size or style preference.
  • The item’s seal or packaging has been opened.
  • The delivery fails due to an incorrect phone number or address.
  • The courier returns the item after repeated failed delivery attempts.

9. Undeliverable Orders

9.1. Please ensure your shipping details are correct. Orders returned due to failed delivery will incur a 30% processing fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Redelivery within the US costs $20.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. TinyStyleLab.com is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from the use of our website or products.

10.2. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website service.

11. Legal

11.1. All products are sold as collectible accessories. Buyers assume all responsibility for usage.

11.2. All images and characters featured on the site are for illustrative purposes only. We are not affiliated with the creators or owners of the Labubu character.

12. Privacy Policy

12.1. We value your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your personal data.

12.2. We use third-party services such as Omnisend to manage email and marketing communications. These providers process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

13. Governing Law

13.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
