Refund and Returns Policy

At TinyStyleLab, we hold ourselves to the highest standards when it comes to materials, design, craftsmanship, and overall quality. Every piece we offer is the result of thoughtful creation and detailed execution.

We believe in doing things with care—offering our customers the best possible quality at a fair and honest price, with full transparency. That’s why we don’t cut corners, and why each item is made in small batches or handcrafted with purpose.

Because of the nature of our products, and in order to protect the value and integrity of what we create, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue caused by factors beyond your control.

Made-to-Order & Limited Production

All of our Labubu clothing is individually crafted in small batches. Many pieces are handmade or made to order, often with unique variations in fabric, trim, or pattern placement. This means that each item is produced with care, but also that we do not offer returns or refunds based on change of mind, wrong size choice, or personal preference.

Please double-check your order details—especially color and size—before confirming your purchase. If you have any questions about a specific product before ordering, feel free to email us at customer@tinystylelab.com. We’re happy to help clarify anything in advance.

No Returns, No Exchanges

Due to the nature of our production, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason other than damaged or incorrect items.

This policy helps us:

  • Maintain high hygiene standards for wearable items
  • Avoid unnecessary waste from returned handmade goods
  • Keep pricing accessible by minimizing processing costs

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We inspect every item by hand before shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos of the issue. Email us at customer@tinystylelab.com and include your order number.

If the problem is confirmed, we will gladly offer a replacement or alternative solution.

Responsibility for Delivery

We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to:

  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
  • Refusal to accept the parcel
  • Failure to collect the package from a local pickup point

In such cases, re-delivery costs or losses will be the customer’s responsibility.
